Garlic Prawns

(or Garlic Shrimp for those in the United States of America)

Serves:
4, as a starter

Ingredients:

  • 500g fresh green prawns
  • 2 small hot chillis
  • olive oil
  • 2 clove of garlic

Put the prawns in an oven proof cast iron pot, cover with the chilli and garlic, cover with olive oil.

Bung it in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees Celcius.

Smashing!

Serve with some nice light italian bread to soak up the oil. Yum.
