Serves: 4, while watching the footy


  • 2 large ripe avocados
  • 1 small spanish onion, sliced
  • 2 small red chiles, sliced and diced
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lime or lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
  • A dash of freshly grated black pepper
  • 1 ripe tomato, seeds and pulp removed, chopped

Smash all ingredients together.

Serve with tortilla chips.
