Ratatouille

Ratatouille in the oven:
In a “pot” that goes in oven you all put, same size, in it: tomatoes; eggplant; zucchinis; and/or yellow, red,  green peppers; if you like onions and/or garlic…go ahead:) and of course salt, pepper and herbs of “provence”.
Mix everything with lots of olive oil and put in oven at (2 choices)
If you have time: 250 Celsius for 4 hours (mix once in awhile)
If you are hungry:-) 350 celsuis for about 1 hour…
